Scrum/Associate Product Manager - INGENworks

Job Title: Scrum/Associate Product Manager Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Required Qualifications: Experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Proven track record of facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, and supporting agile teams. Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence: Hands-on experience in maintaining, customizing, and optimizing these platforms for project management and documentation. Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of liaising effectively with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve team productivity. Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, especially in a fast-paced, innovative environment Back Knowledge of AI/Generative AI Concepts: Understanding of AI development processes to better support the team s workflows and documentation needs. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Experience in Tech or R&D Environments: Prior work within software development, AI, or R&D teams. Project Management Certification: Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or PMP are a plus. Knowledge of Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation scripts or tools that enhance JIRA and Confluence workflows. Experience with Confluence Templates & Plugins: Ability to customize documentation templates and leverage plugins for enhanced functionality. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret project metrics and provide actionable insights. Interest in AI and Technology Innovation: Passion for emerging technologies and how they can improve project workflows and team collaboration.
