SAP AMS Intern

The SAP AMS Intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting the launch and stabilization of the SAP Application Management Services model, working closely with the ERP Service Delivery Manager to ensure smooth post-go-live operations. Responsibilities Assist in analyzing and tracking SAP post-go-live issues and trends across functional workstreams; support the AMS team in managing incident resolution and knowledge capture Help maintain and enhance SAP AMS operational procedures, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to reflect evolving processes and lessons learned from stabilization Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to design and update AMS performance dashboards and reports — tracking SLA metrics, ticket volumes, and root cause analysis Support governance meetings between MiTek and the AMS partner by preparing status summaries, risk/issue logs, and performance review materials Contribute with improving AMS efficiency through analytics and automation — such as ticket categorization insights, turnaround time optimization, or predictive trend analysis Skills Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Foundational understanding of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and its core business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Master Data) Strong analytical, documentation, and Excel/Power BI (or equivalent) skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNow preferred Benefits $6,000 Intern Stipend to help cover your temporary housing and travel for the duration of the program.
