• Job ID: J49756 • Job Title: Salesforce Developer & Admin • Location: Chicago, IL • Duration: 12 Months + Extension • Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) • Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD • Client: To Be Discussed Later • Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C Full Job Description Job Description: • Function as Salesforce developer responsible for the support of existing salesforce applications. • Daily administration and support of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM. • Provide advanced user support and administration for salesforce. • Troubleshoot complex issue and provide solutions. • Perform data quality audits and de-duplication. • Support integration with other systems. • Assist in system upgrades, new features implementations and release management. • Create documentation and support materials. • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
