Sales Development Representative (Health Tech)

Technology Digest inc is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their go-to-market efforts in the healthcare and government sectors. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship from leadership while focusing on lead generation and sales support activities. Responsibilities Research and identify prospective customers including mental health clinics, hospitals, nonprofits, universities, and local government agencies Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and events Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales meetings Support sales presentations, demos, and proposals Track and manage leads in a CRM system (HubSpot or similar) Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategy Gather prospect feedback to inform product and market direction Skills 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup environment Interest in health tech, SaaS, or government technology Experience with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare, or technical background helpful) Benefits Direct mentorship from startup leadership Exposure to healthcare and government decision-makers Clear growth path into Account Executive or Partnerships roles Opportunity to help scale a mission-driven company improving mental health outcomes Company Overview Technology Digest, Inc. was founded in 2004.
