SaaS Data Specialist (GIS Water)- Remote Option

About the position Responsibilities • Assist in implementing the Trinnex suite of SaaS products, including data acquisition, processing, application configuration, QA/QC, and deployment. • Learn and understand customer data and workflows to determine implementation requirements and develop a technical strategy. • Create data processing reports to provide transparency to clients on data fitness and implementation plans. • Collaborate with Customer Success team members on process improvement and quality management. • Stay current on Trinnex products and use them at an expert level. • Execute Quality Control and Quality Assurance measures to optimize customer configurations. • Report bugs and enhancement requests related to customer implementations. • Provide Tier 2 client support and lead technical discussions to resolve issues. • Deliver internal and client-facing Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and document process improvements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree. • 2 years of related experience, or equivalent additional directly related experience in lieu of a degree. • Proven experience with Esri software suite including ArcGIS Desktop and Server products, with some scripting experience (ArcPy). • Excellent multitasking and data management skills with high attention to detail. • Proficient in Excel, including some scripting experience. • Experience with Relational Databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and proficiency in SQL. • Basic understanding of web technologies including Web Services, REST, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, and Cloud Computing. • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and partnership building. • Exceptional communication and writing skills for documentation and client reports. • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations and client interviews. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the water/wastewater utility sector. • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
