Residential Interior Designer - AutoCAD, Shop drawings & 3D Renders
This role involves supporting a residential interior renovation project on the design side only. Responsibilities include preparing AutoCAD floor plans, layout revisions, elevations, sections, and detailed shop drawings for joinery and built-in elements. The designer will also be responsible for producing furniture drawings (including custom furniture designed in CAD), as well as creating high-quality, realistic 3D renders using 3ds Max, or similar software. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and good design sense are essential. The main design and drawing phase is expected to take approximately 4–6 months, covering all layouts, elevations, shop drawings, furniture drawings, and 3D visuals. After completion of the main design phase, there may be ongoing revisions or updates required during the renovation process. These can be handled on an hourly basis or as agreed, depending on scope.
