Our client is searching for an experienced and strategic Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to build and manage high-performing teams. This role is entirely remote, offering significant flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments and levels. Your primary focus will be on understanding the company's hiring needs, defining candidate profiles, and sourcing exceptional individuals through diverse channels, including advanced search techniques, networking, and employer branding initiatives. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout. This involves building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. You will also partner closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and effective interviewing techniques. Developing and implementing metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and reporting on key performance indicators is crucial. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms is essential. This remote position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, is necessary. Experience in a high-growth tech environment or a specialized industry is highly desirable. You should possess a deep understanding of sourcing strategies and employer branding.
