They are seeking a Software Engineer to join their professional services engineering team, where the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and assisting clients with API integrations and technical solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure smooth implementation Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and integration, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed Learn the VideoAmp API suite to guide clients through integration processes and troubleshoot common issues Learn the relevant segments of the VideoAmp relational data model to be able troubleshoot problems Support the implementation of technical solutions that align with client needs and business objectives Assist in managing client integration projects by coordinating tasks, gathering requirements, and ensuring timely communication Document integration processes, client configurations, and technical learnings to contribute to team knowledge and efficiency Identify and work closely with internal teams to address gaps and deficiencies Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong programming skills in a range of technologies, languages, and standards, such as JVM languages (Java, Scala, GoLang etc.), SQL, REST, SOAP, Data Transformations, JSON, OpenAPI, and Python Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) Expertise in relational databases, such as Postgres, Snowflake Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as well as ask clarifying questions to develop technical requirements Strong track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment Strong interest in technology and client-facing work, with the desire to grow into a technical account or solutions role Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts (e.g., REST, JSON) through coursework, internships, or hands-on learning Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly interact with both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple tasks and client requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High emotional intelligence and growth mindset, with a desire to proactively seek feedback from others to continually improve Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or programming languages (Golang, Java, Python etc.) Interest in the media, streaming, or digital advertising space Benefits Discretionary and flexible paid time off In addition to standard US holidays off, VideoAmp employees also partake in Spring, Summer and Winter breaks Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your dependents - including multiple options fully covered by VideoAmp Unlimited financial wellness sessions with Origin financial advisors 401k Plan with matching HSA & FSA Commuter Benefits Cell Phone Reimbursement Paid Maternity and Parental Leave for All Family Additions Company Overview VideoAmp is a software and data company that provides measurement and optimization tools for the advertising ecosystem.
