[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

They are seeking a remote Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their Salesforce platform to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities Support day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, data management, and troubleshooting Maintain and improve custom fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards Assist in testing, documenting, and deploying updates and automation (Flows, validation rules, etc.) Monitor data integrity and assist with data imports, deduplication, and clean-up efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Clinical Operations) to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions Provide end-user support and training to improve adoption and efficiency Partner with senior admins and developers on ongoing platform enhancements and integrations Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights Skills Understanding of Salesforce core concepts (objects, fields, reports, dashboards, automation) Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Interest in learning more advanced Salesforce tools, integrations, and automation 0–2 years of Salesforce admin experience (internship or professional) Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred or willingness to earn Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and imports Benefits Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) 401(k) with company Unlimited PTO & Holidays Life Insurance, LTD and STD Company Overview At Kandu Health we care deeply about people affected by stroke.
