Stretto is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help drive revenue by engaging existing customers and introducing them to new products. The role focuses on connecting with customers through various channels to build relationships, drive product adoption, and support pipeline growth. Responsibilities Become an expert in Best Case software and solutions, value propositions, and customer use cases Create a strong first impression and build rapport with customers and prospects Engage existing customers and warm leads to promote new offerings and drive adoption Build genuine relationships through authentic, personalized outreach Connect with prospects across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media Respond quickly to inbound leads while executing a focused outbound prospecting strategy Tailor messaging based on role and customer needs Maintain timely, accurate in Salesforce.com and follow all established client and prospect engagement processes Consistently meet or exceed quarterly performance targets Attend trade shows, as determined by management Skills 1-3 years of experience in software sales (SDR/BDR or equivalent) Proven ability to success work in a remote environment with strong time management skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing strategies and tools Confident making daily outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers across channels Analytical thinker – able to assess lead quality and prioritize activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or quotas Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent experience Passion for building a career in technology sales Experience in the legal industry particularly consumer bankruptcy Familiarity with Salesforce.com Benefits Competitive and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for growth Company Overview Stretto operates as a bankruptcy-technology firm.
