In this role, you’ll support the Repair & Maintenance Team by responding to customer calls and emails, coordinating with service technicians and vendors, and managing client web-based platforms. You’ll also assist with writing quotes and parts ordering, so familiarity with facilities maintenance equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, overhead doors, lifts) is essential. However, if most of your experience comes from commercial HVAC, this would not be a great fit. Beyond technical knowledge, the ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-oriented, and committed to resolving customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
