[Remote] Recruiter - $58 - $65 per hour
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 7Seventy Recruiting is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help scale their growing team. The role involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities • Own the full end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing through offer acceptance • Source, screen, and close candidates across technical and non-technical roles • Coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help train interviewers • Partner with hiring managers across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom • Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience at every stage of the process • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to build scalable, data-driven hiring processes Skills • 2+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (under 200 employees) • Proven success sourcing and hiring technical talent, especially in Python, Go, and enterprise software • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other job boards • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously • Creativity, flexibility, and empathy when working with candidates and hiring teams Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
