Position Overview We are seeking a Construction Project Manager (Remote) to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for an experienced and organized professional who thrives in a remote, collaborative setting. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring all schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved. You’ll work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple construction projects remotely from preconstruction to closeout. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project scope. • Coordinate with field superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and engineers. • Lead weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and prepare project reports. • Oversee subcontractor buyouts, RFIs, submittals, and change order processes. • Monitor job cost reports and forecast project budgets to ensure profitability. • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Support business development teams in proposal preparation and project presentations. Qualifications Experience: • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager. • Proven experience working remotely or managing distributed project teams. • Strong background in ground-up or tenant improvement projects in sectors like commercial, healthcare, or mixed-use. Skills: • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects. • Strong negotiation and communication abilities. • Solid understanding of project financials, budgets, and change management. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
