Brilliant Agency is a rapidly growing agency focused on family-oriented brands, seeking a Full-time Press Coordinator to support their marketing efforts. The role involves media relations, client management, creative ideation, and assisting in event planning and execution. Responsibilities Pull and manage media and influencer databases Draft and distribute pitches/press releases/media alerts; Conduct follow up and monitor for coverage Build relationships with key journalists and influencers Coverage monitoring Inbound influencer and media inquiries Sample requests Calendar invites and call reminders Research projects Participate in brainstorms and contribute creative ideas for client campaigns, new product launches, pitch angles, etc Assist in research, planning, and execution of virtual or live press media & influencer press events, creative media mailers, etc Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-2 internships in PR or relevant consumer goods industries Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for staying ahead of trends Benefits Unlimited PTO Paid time off between Christmas and New Year's Fabulous Fridays - Office closes at 3 pm! 401K with a 3% company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Medical and Dependent Care FSA Life Insurance Long Term Disability Company Overview Brilliant is not just our name—it’s our standard.
