[Remote] Pharmacy Informatics Analyst (Pharmacist)

As a Pharmacy Informatics Analyst, you will play a critical role in the deployment and integration of MEDITECH EHR systems, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure user adoption and providing support during go-live phases. Responsibilities • Collaborate with project teams provide go live support on site at MEDITECH Expanse implementation projects. • Participate in workflow decisions and trainings. • Offer at-the-elbow support during go-live phases to assist users with system navigation and troubleshooting. • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and optimize system performance. • Document issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner. • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay updated on MEDITECH advancements and industry trends Skills • Licensed Pharmacist • Prior EHR implementation support experience • Availability to work night shifts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and team members. • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites nationwide. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing project requirements and deadlines.
