[Remote] Partner Success Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fanmaker is a fan loyalty and digital payments platform built for sports, powering over 200 teams across major leagues. The Partner Success Specialist role supports Partner Success Managers by handling customer support, configuring apps, and managing documentation to enhance customer relationships. Responsibilities Shadow and assist Partner Success Managers during team launches and activations Respond to customer support questions via email, chat, and ticketing systems Maintain and improve documentation, training guides, and internal how-tos Configure and manage Fanmaker apps, admin tools, and platform settings Assist with small data projects, cleanup, and exports Build custom reports and analytics for customers and internal teams Skills New grad friendly; 2–4 years of college preferred, degree not required Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally with customers Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, organization) Strong note-taking and project organization skills, with the ability to keep work clearly documented and easy to follow Experience working in Slack and email-based support environments Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok, with regular personal or academic use We are AI-first and expect curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to continuously learn and apply AI to work faster and smarter in a fast-paced environment Apple/Mac user (company is Mac-only) Based in the United States during entirety of employment Interest in sports or experience working with sports teams Customer-facing service or support experience, including direct communication with external customers SaaS, customer support, or operations experience Comfort learning complex software products quickly Benefits HSA contributions and substantial stipends for health, dental, and vision premiums Paid holidays + PTO All equipment provided (Mac setup) Work with professional and collegiate sports teams across the U.S. Company Overview FanMaker Beacons are tiny bluetooth devices that detect your fans location,works with any third party bluetooth beacon system.
