[Remote] Mortgage Loan Officer- HLC Home Equity

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PNC is a leading financial services institution, and they are seeking a Mortgage Home Lending Center Loan Officer. This role involves recommending loan solutions, managing customer relationships, and collaborating to complete mortgage transactions in a remote work environment. Responsibilities • Recommends loan solutions to existing firm's customers in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements. • Manages a portfolio of customer relationships. Seeks prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients within a call center environment. • Develops and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services. Reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Manages customer pipeline for efficiency. • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. • Collects and analyzes customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
