The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for scanning invoices, gathering approvals, coding construction invoices, and maintaining organization in all tasks. Responsibilities Scan invoices into the Accounts Payable system for verification, approvals, and coding Gather necessary approvals for invoices and follow up with approvers as needed Code construction invoices, ensuring accuracy in account codes, vendor codes, and due dates Track costs associated with property damage claims across various locations Maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail in all tasks Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounts payable role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Experience with accounts payable systems and invoice processing Familiarity with vendor statement reconciliation Previous experience in a team-oriented work environment Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k with match Opportunities for early pay, allowing access to 50% of pay before payday Employee recognition programs for work anniversaries and birthdays Tuition reimbursement to support your educational goals Employee referral program offering $500 for successful recommendations Company Overview HomeHealthFocus.ai is an innovative data platform that tracks and analyzes critical information from home care, hospice, and senior living companies across the United States.
