[Remote] Healthcare Senior Procurement Contract Manager- HTM

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager - Contract Administrator for Operational Support for their HTM operations. This role involves managing vendor contracts, driving strategic service delivery, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities • Lead vendor contract management for HTM service providers, including sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining contracts, amendments, renewals, and terminations. • Analyze service strategies for high-end medical equipment and recommend cost-effective solutions. • Collaborate with business users to align contract activities with corporate procurement and vendor management goals. • Facilitate contract strategy meetings to define service plans, address client requirements, and guide pricing discussions. • Oversee contract development and ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices. • Conduct regular contract review meetings to monitor performance, budget adherence, and service delivery outcomes.
