The FinCEN Support Coordinator I role involves engaging with field operations, managing client files, and coordinating the FinCEN reporting process while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Engages in providing professional customer service, communication, organization and analytic skills to drive performance Other responsibilities include assisting the manager in identifying process improvements and standards for production and quality Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy Performs all other duties as assigned by management Skills High school diploma required Directly engages with field operations including core escrow and title operations, clients and consumers Manages and reviews client files Answers client inquiries Coordinates all the administrative details necessary for the identification, preparation, processing and follow-up of the FinCen reporting process Engages in providing professional customer service, communication, organization and analytic skills to drive performance Assists the manager in identifying process improvements and standards for production and quality Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy Performs all other duties as assigned by management Bachelor's preferred Escrow experience preferred Candidate located in MST or PST is preferred Benefits A variety of health and wellness insurance options and programs Paid time off 401(k) with company match Employee stock purchase program Employee discounts Company Overview Stewart Title is a global real estate services company.
