[Remote] Clinical Resources Development Specialist

They are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Resources Development Specialist to support their Clinical Operations Resource Support team by developing and optimizing clinical resources that enhance healthcare professionals' effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize clinical resources that empower healthcare professionals and improve outcomes. Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare specialty from an accredited university • CCM certification required • Minimum 7 years of experience managing catastrophic injury cases • In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, and case management practices • Proven experience in mentoring, adult learning, and skill development • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment • Focused on continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning programs • Exceptional customer service orientation • Master’s Degree • Active, unrestricted RN license • CRRN or CNE/Nursing Professional Development certification • Proficient in designing and delivering engaging educational content using various instructional tools and technologies • Ability to apply adult learning theories to practical, application-based strategies • Strong ability to simplify complex material and resolve conflicts creatively • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning • Strong organizational and prioritization skills Company Overview • Paradigm achieves leading clinical and financial results for catastrophic and complex claims.
