They are seeking a highly motivated entry level Business Development Representative to drive growth by generating and nurturing qualified leads in the state and local government sector. Responsibilities Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Create a demand generation strategy that supports VIP’s growth objectives Work with marketing to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that include social, webinars, email, and paid ads that drive inbound traffic Coordinate and promote webinars and other events involving business stakeholders and external partners Follow-up with conference attendees Continually analyze effectiveness of your efforts to make data-driven improvements Content & Product Marketing Work with internal stakeholders and partners to create targeted content that drives lead generation among VIP’s target customers Distribute content across various channels to promote prospect engagement Nurture leads through the sales funnel by developing targeted content including emails, web content, blog posts, case studies, etc Own and execute the social media strategy, primarily focusing on LinkedIn Optimize VIP’s SEO strategy for web-based content and prepare the company to score highly in AI-based search Develop, track, and report on KPIs to focus on continuous improvement of your efforts Lead Generation & Nurturing Develop and maintain a pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and track conversion through the funnel Ensure all leads are either with sales or are in email nurtures for latent warming Budget Management Manage and allocate budgets across demand generation channels Monitor spending and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), adjusting strategies to maximize marketing investments Skills 1 year of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or IT services Experience conducting meetings with leads with the goal being to gather basic business needs to qualify the lead Self-starter, able to execute independently and work cross-functionally Benefits Medical Dental Vision A 401(k) Plan and Company Match Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage Basic Life Insurance 7 Paid Holidays Flexible Paid Time Off Company Overview A strategic approach to accelerate results.
