[Remote] Auto Field Damage Estimator

This role involves creating comprehensive estimates of damages for material damage claims and mentoring peers while ensuring compliance with regulatory practices. Responsibilities • Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training • Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files • Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices • Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers • Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities Skills • Strong time management skills • Proficiency in CCC ONE estimating software • Excellent negotiation abilities • Keen attention to detail • Located in Connecticut, residing in the central portion of the state, including both the coastal and inland areas Company Overview • Allstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
