They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to participate in their Grad++ program, where the individual will engage in hands-on technical training and work closely with product teams to craft solutions for customer challenges. Responsibilities • Conducting customer and partner interviews that translate insight into action • Creating product specs that meet user and business needs • Researching and communicating competitive analysis • Researching and communicating new market and product opportunities Skills • Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and are graduating by Spring 2026 • Have a passion for building and analyzing technology products, customer needs, and market dynamics • Have an interest in translating customer insights into meaningful results for our engineering teams • Be able to think from multiple perspectives, including our customers and development teams • Deep understanding of the value of collaboration and teamwork • Entrepreneurial experience in any domain • Internship experience in product management, software or consulting • Knowledge of the technical aspects of software development • An understanding of what constitutes good design, either through design/UI work of your own or working with designers in a team • Experience driving decisions in the face of ambiguity and change Benefits • Health and wellbeing resources • Paid volunteer days Company Overview • Atlassian is a software company that offers proprietary software products for teamwork, project management, and software development.
