[Remote] Agile Product Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) serving 46 counties across North Carolina. They are seeking an Agile Product Analyst to monitor and ensure business systems remain operational, act as a liaison between departments, and oversee User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure business systems remain operational Act as liaison between multiple departments for business system operations, upgrades, and maintenance Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for any upgrades to the business systems pursuant to the Agile flow Respond to tickets from the KACE System and record the issues and solutions in the KACE System Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organizational needs Skills High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in application environments with hands-on experience with monitoring system operations. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR Equivalent combination of education/experience High School/GED and Two-Year degrees require certification Must have a valid driver's license Must reside within the United States Experience in a distributed computer environment and supporting a complex integrated software package, training or experience in using e-mail, Windows and Microsoft Office.
