About the Role • Senior level RTE • Ran agile and release teams • 4 days in office at Montreal • Guides, supports, and removes obstacles rather than commanding; empowers teams to self-organize. • Expert at running PI Planning, ART syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team ceremonies. • Helps teams and stakeholders align, make informed trade-offs, and drive consensus without overstepping ownership. What You’ll Bring with You: 5+ years of experience. Candidate must be currently based in Montreal. Must work on-site (hybrid) in Montreal Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our belief in disruptive innovation that puts clients ahead in a tough market.
