Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion, EU On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion for a six-month role. This position is a remote position for our client in Raleigh, NC office. Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion, EU-Job Description: This role provides regulatory guidance related to reviewing scientific, advertising, promotional, and related materials for multiple product lines. The consultant advises on compliance with EU MDR and FDA requirements for drugs, devices, and combination products. The role participates in the PRC team, supports labeling and launch preparation, manages promotional submissions, and monitors regulatory and competitive trends. The position is part time at 20 hours per week and can be performed remotely during business hours aligned to Eastern US or Frankfurt. Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion, EU-Responsibilities: • Review and approve advertising and promotional materials for assigned products • Maintain current regulatory awareness of EU MDR and FDA requirements • Ensure compliance with established promotional review processes • Provide guidance on claims, ISI, and Brief Summaries • Support labeling and launch material development with R&D and marketing • Oversee required submissions and audit support related to promotional materials • Monitor industry regulatory trends and competitive materials to advise teams Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion, EU-Mandatory Skills: • Strong knowledge of EU MDR and FDA promotional and labeling regulations • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and online meeting tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated teamwork and cross functional collaboration • Creative problem solving and risk analysis experience • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline • Five or more years of promotional review experience in drug and medical device settings Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion, EU-Nice-to-Have Skills: • Master’s degree or higher in a related scientific field Education • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred Assignment Length: Jan 5 2026 to Jul 4 2026 with intent to extend another six months Start Date: January 5th 2026 Assignment Location: Remote Apply tot his job
