Regional Sales Leader, Farm Animal Health, Western Canada
Job Description: • Lead & Coach: Manage a team of 6 Sales Representatives, spending significant time in the field to guide their development, enhance their customer engagement skills, and build a culture of high performance and accountability. • Drive Strategy: Own the sales results for Western Canada; develop regional strategy, manage key national accounts, and provide insights on market drivers, competitive trends, and customer needs. • Be Impactful: Empower your team to be true partners, providing solutions that address evolving challenges of modern livestock operations and integrate new animal health technologies. • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with our national Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to ensure our strategies are aligned and that the voice of the Western Canadian customer is at the forefront of our business decisions. Requirements: • Education: A bachelor0s degree in agriculture, Animal Health, or Business is preferred, though equivalent experience will be strongly considered. • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team in the animal health, livestock feed, agriculture or bioscience sectors. • Leadership: A track record of not just meeting, but exceeding sales goals by inspiring and enabling your team. • Eligibility: Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. • Location & Travel: Based in Alberta with ~60% travel across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba; occasional travel to Mississauga and internationally.
