Our focus for the past 10 years has been on value-add multifamily properties in Texas. We are looking for a Regional Manager for our Austin region. Who You Are • You know a combination of Yardi, Procure to Pay, Maint IQ, Anyone Home, LRO, and Rent Café, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. • You are or have been a Regional Property Manager in the multifamily industry. You know how to manage on-site processes and lead employees, vendors, and residents to reach set goals. • Creating and delivering performance reviews and eliminating and adding the necessary people/positions to benefit the team’s overall success. • You have creative ideas behind resident retention, portfolio revenue maximization, and culture building within your own sites…. All while controlling expenses • You know how to prepare annual property budgets • You are involved or want to be involved in industry-focused networking groups and professional organizations • You are comfortable with maintaining owner/investor relationships and communication through all aspects of operations • You thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing to submit accurate and timely reports for weekly/monthly/quarterly deadlines • You are knowledgeable in market conditions and stay ahead of changes to position assets to meet budget What We’d Like To See • Regional Property Management experience (at least 2 years)- specifically managing at least 4-200+ multifamily sites • Experience leading multi-site renovations projects • A desire to grow in your career through continuing education offered by TAA, NAA, or IREM • People management and problem-solving experience • Excellent communications skills • A past record of exceeding economic occupancy and revenue • A valid driver’s license We have excellent benefits that include: • Travel and Hospitality accommodations/reimbursements, as needed for business • Quarterly bonuses • Partially sponsored health, dental, and vision • Voluntary pet, life, disability, 401(k), etc. • Leadership and skills training • Support for a positive work/life balance • 8 Paid Holidays per Year • Take your Birthday off, paid! • 18 Additional Days Paid Time Off per Year • PTO annual accrual increases based on years of employment • Extra Perks like rent discounts, holiday savings, employee scholarships, company parties, and the opportunity to help contribute to a growing company’s future success CLEAR PM is an equal opportunity employer.
