This role involves performing quality assurance checks, managing financial tasks in QuickBooks, and delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities Perform quality assurance checks across all services to ensure compliance and uphold company standards Assist in managing QuickBooks for financial tasks, including tracking expenses and generating reports Deliver exceptional client service to maintain strong client relationships Provide general office assistance such as scheduling, filing, and coordination Accurately monitor and execute social media advertising campaigns for all clients Assist the sales team on proposals and current projects Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, including managing transactions and reports Working knowledge of digital marketing and ability to navigate Google analytics and Meta Business Manager Strong skills in client service and highly effective in both written and verbal communication Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail with keen focus on quality assurance standards Deep Understanding of social media marketing strategies and platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc Highly proficient in Wordpress, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager Experience in creating or supporting promotional campaigns through social media Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Retirement plan Vision insurance Company Overview JPB Professional Marketing renders web design, SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing and brand development services to companies.
