Your expertise will empower your team to excel in customer service, administration, and sales, ensuring seamless coordination and cooperation among team members. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales & Admin professionals, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment. - Oversee the preparation of Reservation Contracts and Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. - Manage the distribution and tracking of SPAs via courier services, ensuring timely delivery and collection. - Maintain a comprehensive filing and tracking system for SPAs, regularly monitoring their statuses and taking proactive measures as needed. - Provide strategic oversight of inventory management, collaborating with your team to ensure efficient handling and reporting of inventory statuses. - Supervise and facilitate updates to payment plans in our system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records. - Perform regular performance assessments, provide constructive feedback, and offer professional development opportunities to team members. - Handle escalated customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance, to enhance operational processes and contribute to company-wide growth initiatives. **Desired Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing teams of Sales & Admin professionals within the real estate and property development industry. - Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve and exceed targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
