Project Manager, Field Operations

What To Expect The Field Operations Project Manager will address pivotal challenges within our Collision organization, ensuring adherence to standards by dismantling silos, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing crucial field feedback to support partners. This role involves translating insights from one project to the next while driving process improvements across all Collision sites and functions. Ideal candidates will ensure quality standards are met and deliver cost-efficient, scalable solutions to challenges impacting the customer experience. You will be measured on your ability to execute key service initiatives, including but not limited to production planning, shop loading, scheduling, and mobile service.
