Project Manager - Deep Foundations and Drilling

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in large-scale foundation and excavating construction to join a renowned contractor based in Texas. With projects spanning across the Gulf states, this is an exciting opportunity to lead complex construction initiatives and contribute to the success of a well-established organization. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, along with per diem for travel. Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale foundation and excavation projects. • Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on project goals. • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. • Identifying and mitigating risks to minimize project disruptions. • Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders. • Leading and mentoring project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale foundation and excavating construction projects. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment related to foundation and excavation work. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Willingness to travel across the Gulf states as required. Day-to-Day Your daily responsibilities will include: • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges. • Collaborating with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. • Reviewing and approving project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Leading project meetings to discuss updates, resolve issues, and align on next steps. • Ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site. • Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
