Project Manager

This is a remote position. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects across cross-functional teams, including Full Stack Developers and QA Engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery—while ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, technical understanding, and excellent organizational skills to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with internal teams and clients. Design and manage comprehensive project plans and Gantt charts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Allocate resources effectively across cross-functional teams. 2. Team Management Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams while aligning efforts across stakeholders. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for deliverables. 3. Stakeholder & Client Communication Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and external/internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Gather and clarify client requirements, ensuring timely communication and alignment. 4. Risk Management & Issue Resolution Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. 5. Quality & Delivery Oversight Work closely with QA to ensure thorough testing and defect resolution before deployment. Ensure all deliverables meet predefined quality and performance standards. Oversee deployment processes and post-launch support as needed. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering 2. 4–7 years of experience in managing software developmentprojects, preferably within Agile/Scrum environments. 3. Demonstrated experience in managing both Full Stack Development and QA teams. 4. Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. 5. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes. 6. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. 7. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects end-to-end. 8. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 9. SCRUM certification (mandatory). 10. Basic technical knowledge of frontend/backend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, React.js). (Mandatory) 11.
