Responsibilities • Coordinate WIC vendor compliance and oversight of routine vendor monitoring. • Resolve complaints and investigate vendor and participant fraud. • Monitor and analyze WIC benefit redemption and report compliance activities to the USDA Food and Nutrition Service. • Design and conduct research to support cost containment and fraud detection. • Draft policies and procedures for management review. • Develop and deliver training on WIC vendor operations and compliance to vendors and clinic staff. Requirements • Knowledge of compliance guidelines, regulations, and procedures. • Ability to analyze and assess data and information using information technology. • Strong writing skills, including correct grammar and the ability to communicate succinctly.
