Position Summary Delinea is looking for a Product Manager to join our Platform PM team and start owning aspects of the platform roadmap and backlog. The Platform Product Manager will work to define the technical requirements for the platform and drive the execution in alignment with Delinea's vision and strategy. You will be expected to build a secure, resilient, and scalable platform that other Delinea services will leverage and onboard on top. This platform will be essential to the growth and success of Delinea. This is an exciting position for a customer-focused individual with deep technical product management experience who thrives on new challenges. This position is fully remote from anywhere in the US. Key Responsibilities • Refine and evangelize the platform's vision and strategy. • Understand customer requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap. • Collaborate with the broader product management team to identify new enhancements or dependencies on the platform. • Partner with the Engineering teams and stay closely engaged with all decisions and architecture. • Provide guidance for the Product Marketing team on platform capabilities and collaborate with them on GTM activities and plans. • Work cross-functionally (field, business development, and other teams) to drive the platform forward successfully. Skills & Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background in building secure and resilient SaaS offerings. • Degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar). • Experience with public cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP…), API first services, and self-service tools. • Background in security services/products is highly preferred. • Background in identity management is preferred. • Demonstrated experience collaborating and reaching consensus across cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile methodologies to drive prioritization and iterative delivery of superior quality and innovative capabilities. • Deep customer empathy with the ability to discover problems and pursue the right set of solutions.
