Come grow with us.The Opportunity: Orchestrate End-to-End Product ExecutionWe're looking for a seasoned Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Program Director to lead the strategy and execution of our product delivery engine. This high-impact role will define and drive the processes that bring our products to life, ensuring alignment across product management, engineering, operations, sales, and marketing. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll serve as the conductor of our product orchestra, turning strategy into action.What You'll DriveCross-Functional LeadershipBuild and scale repeatable, cross-functional PLM processesEstablish governance frameworks and decision-making structures that keep teams alignedBreak down silos to accelerate execution and accountabilityCreate clear documentation and standardized operating proceduresProgram Execution & StrategyLead multiple high-impact programs simultaneouslyPartner with product and engineering to align execution with roadmapsDefine and track success metrics, KPIs, and milestonesBuild ROI models and business cases to support process innovationOwn change management and ensure adoption of new ways of workingStakeholder PartnershipAct as the central point of coordination across product lifecycle teamsFacilitate strategic forums, planning sessions, and governance reviewsTranslate business needs into actionable systems and process improvementsKeep executive leadership informed on risks, blockers, and execution progressWhat You'll Bring to the TableDeep experience in product management and engineering environments with a solid understanding of how products come to market5+ years leading large-scale PLM or product operations programsProven ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs with $5M+ budgetsDeep expertise in product lifecycle frameworks and cross-functional executionA track record of influencing without authority and aligning diverse teamsStrong project management skills (PMP, PgMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (Master’s preferred)Key CompetenciesCollaborative leadership and stakeholder influenceOperational and systems thinkingChange management and process ownershipExecution-focused with a bias for resultsAgile and pragmatic in fast-moving environmentsIf you're a strategic program leader who thrives on clarity, ownership, and results, we want to hear from you.Why Q4?
