About the job We’re looking for a strategic Principal Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to deliver the GTM execution and success of our rapidly growing product offerings. This high-impact, senior role will work within the intersection of marketing, revenue, product, professional services, and customer teams. You are a subject matter expert in bringing AI and agentic value to IT Operations and Incident Management. You excel in crafting differentiated messaging, enabling customer-facing teams, digging deep into competitive and market insights, and ensuring internal alignment at every step of the project. Responsibilities Messaging & Positioning:Update and evolve differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks. Translate deep technical features into clear, value-driven narratives that speak to key buyer personas from C-level to practitioner. Strategic Projects:Align with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver the needs of the business. With your ability to aggregate and synthesize various datapoints and perspectives, you’ll bring a clear, strong, and consistent point of view to projects, ensuring they lead the team to tangible success. Persona & Buyer Insights: Partner with revenue, professional services, and customer teams, and conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior that will inform persona profiles and positioning. Competitive & Market Intelligence: Own competitive research and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation. Deliver clear and concise battlecards, objection-handling guides, and positioning statements to empower the field. Revenue Enablement: Serve as a key strategic partner to the enablement and revenue teams to accelerate AE readiness so they can increase deal velocity and win rates. Product Alignment: Act as the voice of the customer and the market in roadmap planning and prioritization, and partner with product management to ensure alignment from vision to execution to launch. Preferred Qualifications 10–15 years in product marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS (AIOps, ITOps, Incident Management, ITSM) for technical buyers. Proven success in leading GTM strategies for AI/ML, cybersecurity, observability, or automation-related products is a strong plus. Exceptional writer and storyteller who can distill complexity into clear, concise, and persuasive content. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to operate independently and clarify ambiguity. Skilled at synthesizing customer insights, field input, analyst perspectives, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategy. Adept at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and executive leadership. Strong presenter and communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
