Job Highlights Location: Remote (with the opportunity to work from our Hopkinton, Massachusetts office) Company: Dell Technologies Compensation: A competitive salary ranging from $30.00 to $32.30 per hour, depending on location Start Date: June 2, 2025 Duration: The internship program runs from June 2, 2025, to August 1, 2025 Position: Presales Solutions Architect Intern Job Description As a Presales Solutions Architect Intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our NextGen Presales Academy and work closely with our Systems Engineering Team. This internship is designed for current college and university students who are pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical or business-related field. You'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of technology and making a profound social impact. Key Responsibilities: Expand your knowledge of Dell Technologies' datacenter solutions and develop a deep understanding of our products and services Develop professional consultative skills to gather customer requirements and IT environment specifics Learn to architect solutions that meet customers' overall business outcomes and goals Drive the latest trends such as DevOps, software-defined, and artificial intelligence, which are changing how customers deploy and operate their IT infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions Develop your problem-solving skills and learn to think critically and creatively Requirements Essential Requirements: Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical or business-related field An innovative thinker and a self-starter with a desire-to-win type mindset Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in December 2025 or May 2026 Ability to join the internship program on June 2, 2025 Desirable Requirements: Internship experience in a technology-related field or at a technology company Involvement in activities/roles outside of class (clubs, sports, etc.) Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Presales Solutions Architect Intern, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to think critically and creatively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Dell Technologies, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
