Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search & Paid Media)

About the Role As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility through data-driven campaigns. You will combine analytical precision, creative testing, and strategic optimization to achieve measurable growth and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms • Manage and optimize Performance Max, Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns • Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve ad performance • Own all tracking and attribution setup, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs • Build dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and guide budget allocation • Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to design and test high-converting landing pages • Monitor budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient performance • Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to leadership Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns • Google Ads Certified (Search and Shopping required) • Proven success in eCommerce performance marketing, with strong ROAS and CAC results • Advanced understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution, and data analysis • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Preferred Experience • Experience in luxury, jewelry, or fashion eCommerce • Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads, or YouTube Ads Why Join Us At Useryze, you’ll be part of a passionate, fast-moving team dedicated to growth and creativity.
