Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager/Rep. to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture sales and service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, managing inventory, and driving sales growth within our dealership. Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their parts and service needs. • Utilize sales management techniques to effectively promote products and services. • Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. • Perform retail math calculations to provide customers with accurate pricing and billing information. • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. • Keep the sales counter area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials. Experience • Agriculture, Lawn & Garden, part sales. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions.
