The role involves transactional experience with New Markets Tax Credits and Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits, along with representing clients in commercial real estate finance transactions. Responsibilities Represent clients and lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, including construction lending transactions Conduct title and survey review and loan document drafting Skills One to five years of transactional experience involving New Markets Tax Credits and/or Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits Experience representing clients and lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, including construction lending transactions Motivated self-starters with strong academic credentials Superb judgment and communication skills Commitment to exceptional client service Ability to thrive in a demanding work environment Strong fundamentals, including experience with title and survey review and loan document drafting Benefits Standard benefits package Additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors Company Overview Nixon Peabody LLP is an American Lawyer top-100 law firm in the United States and has 15 offices worldwide.
