This role involves verifying and processing various policy change forms while ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Verifies information on Policy Change Forms (PCF), Contract Changes (CC), Backend Change Forms (BEC), Pre-Authorized Checking Forms (NBP) and Money Requirement Forms (MRN) for accuracy and then processes the requests as specified on the document Ensure the accuracy of signatures, dates and other vital information for State Compliance requirements All Agent information must be validated as being correct and that appropriate licenses are active within the compliance guidelines Perform research to complete certain tasks, correct deficient files, and perform basic accounting as needed Skills High School Diploma or GED required 10 Key by touch Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) Basic Accounting Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Must be a team player with ability to work and think independently Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize Analytical and excellent decision making skills Ability to deal with confidential information Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed Bachelor's preferred Benefits Day one health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Plan with competitive employer match Vacation, sick, holiday and volunteer time off Life and disability insurance Flexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account Professional development Tuition reimbursement Company-sponsored social and philanthropy events Company Overview Primerica is a financial services company that offers financial education, products, and services to their clients.
