We’re keeping this role Pune-only for collaboration and time-zone reasons. ⸻ About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on AI / ML Developer to work on real-world, production AI systems — not experiments or toy projects. You’ll be building LLM-powered applications, working with large datasets, and helping us ship AI features that real users depend on. The work is remote, but we want someone based in Pune for smoother collaboration. We actively use AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to move fast — but we care about clean code, performance, and reliability. ⸻ What You’ll Work On • LLM-powered apps (OpenAI / Gemini / Claude) • AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings & vector search • Model integration & prompt tuning • AI-powered analytics & automation tools • Data-heavy systems with complex business logic • End-to-end AI features (idea → production) ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing AI / ML Work • Build and integrate LLM-based features • Design prompts, tools, and guardrails • Work with embeddings and vector databases • Improve accuracy, performance, and cost • Create feedback & training loops Backend / Data (Good to Have) • Python APIs (FastAPI / Flask) • Work with SQL or structured data • Basic cloud deployment (Azure / AWS / GCP) AI-Assisted Development • Use Copilot / Claude / ChatGPT daily • Review and harden AI-generated code • Document systems so humans and AI both understand them ⸻ ✅ Must-Have Skills • Strong Python • Experience with AI / ML or LLM-based systems • Hands-on with OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs • Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search • Ability to take ownership and ship features • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup • Currently located in Pune ⸻ Bonus Points • LangChain / LlamaIndex • ChromaDB / Pinecone / Weaviate • FastAPI / Flask • Cloud deployment experience • Startup or product background • Previous AI agent or chatbot projects ⸻ Why This Role? • Long-term AI-focused work • Real production systems (not demos) • Flexible remote work • AI-first development culture • Competitive pay based on skills & impact • Opportunity to grow with the product ⸻ How to Apply Please include: 1.
