Motion Graphics Editor (Remote, Any Country)

Core Responsibilities: • Collaborate directly with directors to execute and refine motion graphics projects • Handle editing tasks including segment assembly, motion graphics, and light sound design • Apply feedback from directors and stakeholders during revision cycles • Lead discovery sessions with product, marketing, and content teams to define creative objectives • Research trends, competitor visuals, and motion design benchmarks to inform creative development • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal stakeholders throughout projects • Oversee junior designers or production artists, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences for campaigns, product launches, and social media content Must-Have Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or multimedia design • Proven ability to lead creative discussions and present concepts • Experience producing motion graphic assets from concept to final output, including typography, transitions, and visual effects • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and design fundamentals • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative decisions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, production-ready animations • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative creative team • Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects • English at C2 level or native proficiency • Proficiency in tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender Nice-to-Have Qualifications: • Experience in 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) • Background in marketing, advertising, film, or digital media production • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field Why You’ll Love This Role: • Work on exciting projects that reach wide audiences across digital channels • Collaborate with a passionate, creative team of directors and designers • Gain exposure to advanced motion graphics tools and creative workflows • Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities • Contract-to-hire role with potential for full-time career growth Apply tot his job
