Job Summary Mind & Mane seeks a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Mental Health team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards and comply with state regulations. You will implement quality systems, conduct audits, and analyze data to improve processes. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles in mental health and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and systems. • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with Medicaid and private insurance standards. • Analyze research data collection processes to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with our teams to fabricate solutions that enhance service quality. • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings for management review. • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality standards. Skills • Strong knowledge of quality systems, and regulations. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions. • Ability to effectively communicate quality standards across various departments. • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement in processes. • Familiarity with research data collection methodologies related to quality assurance.
