Marketing Lead Analyst Remote Contract

We are seeking a Marketing Lead Analyst to support B2B lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive engagement, consideration, and conversion across channel partners. This role develops and delivers digital campaigns, manages creative workflows, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures campaigns are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You Will: • Support B2B lifecycle marketing strategy across assigned programs and campaigns. • Develop digital campaigns, including creative development, channel planning, media deployment, and vendor coordination. • Manage campaign production schedules, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery from kickoff through results. • Write creative briefs and supporting documentation, and gather data needed for campaign development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and execute B2B marketing campaigns. • Partner with media vendors from project initiation through trafficking and delivery. • Assist in messaging, positioning, and media mix planning for assigned initiatives. • Assemble campaign experience components within Adobe Experience Manager. • Prepare and finalize contact lists for channel partners ahead of campaign launch. • Coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure all materials are reviewed, approved, and filed as required. • Track, analyze, and report results for marketing activities and overall campaign performance. • Conduct quality audits to ensure all materials meet accuracy and brand standards. • Provide feedback to improve processes, technology usage, and effectiveness across marketing workflows. You Have: • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • At least three years of experience in insurance, finance, B2B marketing, or demand generation. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience collaborating with internal and external creative agencies. • Knowledge of marketing technology, digital reporting, and performance metrics. • Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills. • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Wrike, Demandbase, or similar tools. • Project management experience supporting complex marketing deliverables. • Campaign management experience across digital channels and partner ecosystems. • AEM proficiency, including building and assembling campaign pages. • Experience using Marketo, Wrike, or Miro (or similar platforms). • Experience with Adobe Analytics, On24, virtual events, or direct mail vendors preferred but not required. Logistics: • Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP for a one-year assignment and likely to be extended. • Hours/Week: 40 hours/week. • Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US). • Laptop/Software Requirements: Client-provided laptop and software. • Background Check: Yes.
