Marketing Coordinator

911 Restoration is a rapidly growing property restoration franchise with 140+ locations nationwide, seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance their marketing department's services. This role offers hands-on learning experience working with seasoned marketing professionals and involves supporting diverse marketing initiatives across campaigns, franchise programs, and content operations. Responsibilities Support campaign execution from asset coordination to distribution scheduling Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers on project timelines and deliverables Maintain organized systems for marketing assets, templates, and resources Assist with content management, formatting, and distribution across platforms Provide franchise partners with marketing resource support and guidance Help with reporting by gathering data and organizing performance metrics Manage meeting logistics, documentation, and action item tracking Proactively identify ways to improve processes and streamline workflows Provide clear communication and guidance to members of our franchise network Skills Home service industry experience (i.e., plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpet, restoration, etc.) 1-3 years supporting marketing teams (agency or in-house experience) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools Familiarity with Adobe and other design software platforms Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks Positive attitude and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities Quick learner comfortable with new tools and processes Service-oriented mindset with strong follow-through An understanding of digital lead generation Benefits Paid vacation, sick time and company holidays (after the first 90 days).
