About the Role We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics, with a passion for creating impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social media, paid ads, and more). Align campaign strategies with business objectives and target audience insights. Content & Creative Collaboration Work with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content and visuals. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaigns for better results. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns support lead generation and revenue goals. Provide insights and reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Market Research & Innovation Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness. Identify opportunities for new channels and strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management. Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and innovation. Preferred Skills Experience with SEO and PPC strategies. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam . A noise-canceling USB headset . A quiet, dedicated home office space . Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
