Manager, Talent Acquisition - University Relations

Qualifications: • A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a related field required. • A minimum of 3 years of leading and transforming university relations teams and relevant programs. • Proven experience building strong relationships at college campuses across the country. • Prior track-record of successfully building, leading and managing a high-volume, fast paced recruiting function at a culture-rich technology company. • Experience driving recruiting initiatives at VP and Director level. • Experience creating and implementing a strategic staffing plan. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP, Jobvite or Workday. • Demonstrated performance with coaching and developing teams to consistently deliver excellent customer service and superior results. • Proven experience collaborating with multiple departments to align goals, resolve issues and ensure customer service. • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Human Resources or Related Field required. • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of management. • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. • A passion for learning, leadership and continued education. • Proactive attitude and work ethic • Up to 20% of the time Domestic Travel only. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $107,600 to $134,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
